Okay so now that finals are over I am good to go. Wyatt has moved up from Boise and is now residing here at the way station again and I have finally finished moving out of my Pocatello Apartment and what is weider is that I am sad I am no longer there really weird. I will probably visit every months down there. This week is the Burtons so I was unable to do anything fun with him but I hear that he told everyone that I promised S mores, which I did, but I wasn't here so he told Wyatt he would pay for gas if he drove him to Pocatello. He even began pulling out his piggy bank money which was way funny when I heard it. He also has been heading outside alone when no one will go with him. He picks up odd jobs around the yard to do and is gaining wisdom every day from it. On a side note, today was the day that me and Tyler saw the first Baby Killdeer of the summer. They are the cutest baby birds I have ever seen , in fact one of the only birds that come out of its shell with feathers. This one was just hatched not long ago because it wouldn't even run from us. Ohhhhh I just want to keep it but I know i would probably kill it. Cordell and Sara sent a huge card for mothers day that had a song in it for her. Its pretty good and mom better enjoy it while she can because I don't think she will get anything else from us but she has been buying plenty for herself over the last couple of months redecorating the WHOLE house. Gaaaaaahhhhh at least its not before holidays like usual.

Soooooo Loooong

AWWWWW.
Yes it has been a long time and I can't believe that I would give Lisa crap for updating her information. Spring break has come and gone for me, but my lucky siblings and Jaxen get to take theirs this week. The whole week was spent either on painting or cleaning. Let's start at the beginning and catch up. First off my parents told me that I could live in the apartment above the old Lindsey building and since I will save around 1500$ dollars I took them up on the offer. I am actually sad and happy at the same time. We did a talent show around the 20th of this month with Zach for the singles ward. It was pretty funny until I saw how big I was, gym here I come, but I am not too worried. Anyway Mom and Dad went to SLC for churchy stuff and left me home with... dum dum dum... The BEAST, aka Zach. It went well until I embarrassed him in front of... Customers...How dumb. Jaxen was lucky enough to get an earache and believe me when I say I tried everything... Probably tooo much of everything. Eventually we got a priesthood holder from our home ward to come and give him a blessing. After that he was fine and dandy. The power. Brandi left for her Mexico cruise. I envy her the good weather. Sara and Cordell are coming up this week I think or is it that all the fam is going down to see them? Some of the fam decided to do some colorful cray paper ballon eggs which turned out rather fine. I know that this seems a bit jumbled and I will try to do better in the future. HA. Have a good one everyone.

Lonely

It gets real lonely around the parents house when Jaxen is visiting his dad but it is nice to know that he feels the same way too. I guess that he called or was talking to dad (Brad) and said "that Carly said it was alright if someone went over to their house and played with" him, he even asked Brad if he wanted to come and play (this is pure desperation on Jaxsons part cause Brad and his relationship is strenouse most of the time). Mom was told that they had Wii fitness, since she has been working out at the gym a lot, and that she could play with him at tennis or bowling. It just so happened that Carly called back and Dad asked if what Jaxson said was true...dun dun dun dunnnnnnnmnmn... well it wasn't. The kid made the whole thing up, but this is never a shock to us (except his mother who thinks that Jaxon doesn't make up stories LOLOLOLOLO). Anyway we concluded that he MUST be lonely since there is always tons of people at our house especially last week when CordellSara and Wyatt were home. And that there is never a boring moment here with Tyler to bug Jaxon to tears sometimes. Don't worry Jaxon next week it is my week :).

Summer Fun

Hmmmmm....Well Jaxen has been way bored just playing around inside of the house and we got to talking and decided to go outside and jump on the tramp even though, as you can see, there was tons of snow. The only good part about all this snow is that there is a huge mound of it by the slide so he can climb up that mound and reach up to the first step of the ladder since all the steps have been broken for a while, 8 years.

Eventually we did have to go inside again because he needed to get some gloves since his hands were cold and my camera, which I just got out to use for the first time was beginning to act up weird. And to make matters worse I think that it is broken and it is brand new meaning I never used it since I got it for Christmas two years ago. Hehehe.
Eventually he followed me inside since no body was watching him anymore.
On a side not Zach did take 4th in the 215 pound bracket in Pocatello this last weekend.

Hair Dye and Fishies

Zach decided to dye his hair black for state wrestling and now he feels like he is a freak LOLOL. He also dyed his eyebrows black and man does that boy have lots of eyebrow hair and just to set the record straight he asked me to dye it and I didn't know that his eyebrows would look like that, so stop blaming me ZACH. To top it all off he keep asking if I knew what I was doing. Gesh its not like it is rocket scientist stuff. DAH. On a smaller side note I got Jaxen some shrimp and a frog for his fishy tank, he sure did love them, couldn't stop giving me hugs and kisses. Then Tyler was wondering why he didn't get some. (Get your tank up and running).

Some Events Going On

Hmmmm..... These are a few things that are happening with in the family.... First Zach got second in the 215 pound division which gives him a chance to go to state and compete there. OOOOOOOOOw AHHHH. Then Brandi and Dad are competing in raquet ball tournaments, Brad in the OLD MAN division and Brandi in the Womens Doubles division, I actually listen.
Suzi has a choir concert, its not my favorite.

Suzi's Soaking Party

The family decided (LOL hahaha), I decided that for my birthday (which I only celebrate once in a blue moon) we would go up to Lava Hot Springs and soak in the pools there. Wow there were tons of people. I guess it just keeps getting popular as time moves on. Anyway it was a great idea except for the fact that most of us are Pickerings and we like a little commotion in our lives, plus Jaxen was a little disappointed in the fact that there was no diving bored and you couldn't really splash a lot. To distract some of the people talking, some of us (I won't mention names... Cordell's Sara) began to throw little pebbles at one another. Some even got a pant full of pebbles. Most of the time we all sat on some steps and would talk and catch up on everyones lives while making fun of other people. Later on we went to the pizza place in town and order 5 family specials (alllll the pizza was eaten) with the pizza being really good, in my opinion. Anyway we busted out the cake and had to make some sort of mess all over hmmmmm.... ME. It's all good, it came off fairly easy. Then was present time and thanks to any of those that participated. It was really fun. Happy Presidents Day Everyone. Hopefully I can get the pictures from Lar to post up. :)

Zachs Valentine Dance

This would be Zachs girl choice Valentines Dance. Sara was her name and she seemed really nice, from Arizona and she decided that she could actually put up with and handle Zach, little did she know...
They began the date in the morning over at the Ucon sledding pit. Then the two boys came back over to the house. I do not know what happened after that since I was the lucky one that got to run over to the tux place and the rose shop.

Artic Circle Fun

When Jaxen comes home from school on Friday and sees my car outside he knows that it is Suzi's week with him. He comes inside yelling "Sue," I, of course, hide. Then I hear him making comments to himself as he is walking around "well I bet she is on the computer" "she must be downstairs" at this point the game has gone long enough so I quietly say "no" to the downstairs comment and he wirls around to see me behind the kitchen counter. This begins the fun he knows he is about to have.

I think that the best place to people watch is at anyone of the fast food play places around. You have the parents/grandparents that are yelling at all the kids to follow the rules so no one will get hurt, the kids of course are ignoring them, then there is the parents that have to walk around making sure their youngest is okay, even though the youngest is waaaaay past the toddler stage and can handel it themselves, then there are the brave parents who sit in the lobby and watch thier kids through the window, yelling kids is not their forte, then there are the lazy ones, like me, who just sit and watch. The kids all have an unspoken rule in their land of freedom away from the adults. In this place of freedom it is believed that there is a bond amongst the parents/ aunts (me)/ grandparents that it is okay to interact with one another since our charges are interacting with one another. I find this amusing but true. While at the play place everytime I try and take a bit of my salad I hear "Sue watch this" then I stop but he won't move unless he has all of my attention, and he continually checks to see if I am, in fact, watching. We can only leave when and if his friend that he made while playing is leaving with his family as well. No matter what I love hanging out with him since Tyler no longer is my cuddly little boy. :(

The Begining

Well I decided since a couple of freinds have a blog and I actually like to go on to the sites and read about what is happening in their lives I figured people might be interested in the Pickering families life and one for me is toooo personal. So this is the start.
